Professor Branka Rotar-Pance recently visited Ellen Warner’s third-grade class at Ben Franklin Elementary, where she taught them folk dances from Slovenia.

The department of music at Indiana University of Pennsylvania is hosting a one-week residency through Friday for Rotar-Pance, a professor of music education from the Academy of Music, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

She is a guest of Dr. Susan Wheatley, IUP music education professor, and will teach music education and dance classes at IUP.
