92ND BIRTHDAY: Clark Thompson

Clark Thompson “Tom” Marshall is celebrating his 92nd birthday today.

He’s a lifetime member of the Presbyterian Church of Plumville, where he served as a deacon, an elder and as custodian.

He is also a member of the ALERT Lodge 936 — 100F in Rochester Mills.

He spent 20 years driving a school bus for Plumville and Marion Center schools, served on the Marion Center Area High School school board and worked 17 years for Penn- DOT while running the family farm.

He was married to Ruth (Raraigh) Marshall for 61 years before she passed away in 2010. Together they enjoyed camping and traveling. Tom still resides in the family home, where he was born.

He would love to hear from his former bus students or co-workers and friends at 2495 Rossmoyne Road, Smicksburg, PA 16256.
