WEDDING: Rebecca Griffith and Joshua Troup
Rebecca Griffith, of Home, and Joshua Troup, of Mayport, were united in marriage July 27, 2013, at Lenape Heights Golf Course with the Rev. Micah McMillen officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Lynn and Debbie Griffith, of Home, and the groom is the son of Dennis and Michele Troup, of Mayport.
Rebecca wore an Alfred Angelo strapless gown with a sweetheart neckline, net, satin and embroidered lace with metallic accents, crystal beading, sequins, rhinestones, satin and organza flowers, organza ribbon and a chapel train.
Tiffany Yackuboskey, of Dallas, Texas, cousin of the bride, was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Kamilah Potts, of Creekside; Kayla Griffith, of Home, sister-in-law of the bride; Nicole Griffith, of Home, sister-in-law of the bride; and Glenda Elliott, of Home, cousin of the bride. Aubrey Griffith, niece of the bride, was the flower girl.
Troy Conrad was the best man. Groomsmen were Chris Troup, of Punxsutawney, brother of the groom; Justin Troup, of Mayport, brother of the groom; Isaac Griffith, of Home, brother of the bride; and Caleb Griffith, of Home, brother of the bride. Joshua Troup Jr., son of the groom, was the ring bearer.
Joshua graduated from Punxsutawney High School in 2006. He is currently employed at H&L Concrete Contracting and is in the U.S. Army Reserve.
Rebecca graduated from Marion Center Area High School in 2008. She is currently employed at Marion Center Supply Inc.
A reception was held at the Lenape Heights Golf Resort. The couple went on a honeymoon to Estes Park, Colo.
