WEDDING: Susan Dotts and David Moore
Susan Marie Dotts, daughter of Timothy and Karen Dotts, of Indiana, and David Brandon Moore, son of David and Tina Moore, also of Indiana, were united in marriage on Aug. 18, 2012, at Graystone Presbyterian Church in Indiana.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Elaine Kerr, pianist, of Indiana. Soloists were Andrew Mack, of Indiana, and Savanna Smith, of Indiana, both cousins of the groom. Scripture was read by Meghan Mack, of Indiana, also a cousin of the groom.
Matron of honor was Angie Corry, sister of the bride, of Las Vegas. Bridesmaids were Kayla Snyder, of Pittsburgh; Amanda Gentile, of Monroeville; Lisa Jablunovsky, of Indiana; Janelle Piccolini, cousin of the groom, of Washington, D.C. Flower girls were Briana and Erin Corry, of Las Vegas, nieces and god-daughters of the bride.
The best man was Patrick Moore, brother of the groom, of Pittsburgh. Groomsmen were Allen Young, of Gainesville, Fla.; Adam Woodrow, of Sierra Vista, Ariz.; Jon McDowell, of Pittsburgh; and Zach Diamond and Devon Moore, both of Indiana.
A formal reception was held at the Indiana Country Club, with entertainment by DJ Steve O, uncle of the bride.
The couple took a weekend getaway to Florida, but will be taking a Caribbean cruise to Jamaica and Cozumel, Mexico, in June.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Indiana Area Senior High School. Susan earned a bachelor’s degree is elementary education in 2008 and a Master of Literacy degree in 2009 from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Susan is a fifth-grade teacher in the Marion Center School District.
The groom is also a 2003 IAHS graduate. He earned a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from Penn State University in 2007.
David is a logistics coordinator for Penn Mechanical Group.
The couple resides in Indiana.
