A snowy scene

by on November 27, 2013 10:45 AM

Indiana escaped the brunt of the winter storm that moved through western Pennsylvania on Tuesday and overnight today. But the several inches of snow the area did receive were enough to create picturesque winter scenes like this one shot Tuesday of the Kintersburg Covered Bridge. Snow showers were expected to continue today, with another inch or two of accumulation. Snow showers are also forecast for Thanksgiving, but with little additional accumulation. Wintry storms elsewhere threatened to snarl holiday travel.
