• 5 to 7 p.m., Shinners Band

• 5 to 8 p.m., Stone House Museum tours — see fascinating historical items and get your commemorative 175th anniversary pin.

• 5 to 8 p.m., Herb Society garden sale (behind the Stone House Museum) — Perennials, herbs, annuals, roses, stepping stones and more

• 7 to 8 p.m., singer Kevin Dale

• 8 to 10 p.m., Old 97, a Johnny Cash tribute band

Saturday

• 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Herb Society garden sale

• 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Loyal Hannah’s Guild Quilt Show at Saltsburg Middle/High School. Free shuttle.

• 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Stone House Museum tours

• 10 a.m., Flag retiring ceremony by American Legion Post 57 at the River’s Edge

• 10:30 a.m., Opening ceremonies at the River’s Edge, 175th anniversary presentation

• 11 a.m., American Legion Post 57 dedication of Veterans’ Brick Memorial

• 11 a.m. to noon, DJ Jammin’ Jim

• Noon to 1 p.m., Parade

• 1 to 3 p.m., Results May Vary (rock music)

• 1 to 6 p.m., Denny Hall, Strolling Minstrel will be in the crowd

• 1 to 6 p.m., Karaoke contest for under the age of 18; register by 2 p.m. at the information booth

• 4 to 7 p.m., Spangles the clown will be entertaining the kids

• 4 to 7 p.m., Kimba, Face Painter Extraordinaire, will provide free face painting for the kids

• 6 to 7 p.m. Karaoke contest for those 18 and over; register by 5 p.m. at the information booth

• 7 to 10 p.m., The Fabulous Gunslingers (country music)

• 10 p.m., Fireworks; the best view for fireworks is from the River’s Edge Stage or the bathroom side of Canal Park

Sunday

• 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Herb Society garden sale, behind the Stone House Museum

• Noon to 1 p.m., Brenda Mischier Gospel Group

• Noon to 5 p.m., Loyal Hannah’s Guild Quilt Show at the Saltsburg Middle/ High School. Free shuttle.

• 1 to 2 p.m., Church Choir “Sing Off” Competition

• 1 to 4 p.m., Denny Huber, Magician and Balloon Artist, will perform throughout the crowd

• 1 to 5 p.m., Stone House Museum tours

• 2 to 3 p.m., Elvis impersonator

• 3 to 4 p.m., DJ Jammin’ Jim

• 5 p.m., Saltsburg Library’s annual duck race on the river

• 4 p.m. 6 p.m., Ray Skovenski (polka music)

All Weekend

• “Bobber” the safety dog from Loyalhanna Dam

• Civil War re-enactors

• Mechanical bull riding

• Lions Club eyeglass collections

Shuttle

Ride the shuttle free from 1 to 8 p.m. Saturday, 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday. Loop Stops: High school, corner of Cathedral and Washington streets, Salt Center (old high school), Saltsburg Playground, corner of Salt and Point streets (by Shop N Save).
