CLYMER DISTRICT COURT DOCKET

Numerous defendants have been named in criminal charges filed in the Clymer district court before Magisterial District Judge George Thachik.

Criminal complaints and affidavits of probable cause are not evidence of guilt in a criminal case.

Defendants are entitled to legal representation and have the right to question the witnesses and evidence presented against during preliminary hearings in the district court and at trials in the county court of common pleas.

Charged were:

Tarance Benjamin Foster, 46, of Latrobe, charged Feb. 28 by state police with DUI and five traffic offenses Feb. 3 on North Fourth Street near Indiana Country Club, White Township. His blood alcohol level was 0.141 percent, court records show. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for April 9.


Lucas Lee Kunkle, 33, currently incarcerated in the Indiana County Jail, charged March 1 by state police with forgery, theft, receiving stolen property and writing bad checks between Dec. 4 and Feb. 8 at 603 Ridge Ave., Marion Center. Bail was set at $5,000; charges were waived to the Indiana County Court of Common Pleas.


Alfred Alexander Almasy Jr., 33, of Coraopolis, charged March 6 by state police with DUI and four traffic offenses Feb. 2 on Routes 85 and 210, South Mahoning Township. His BAC was 0.179 percent, court records show. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for April 23.


Dustin Patrick White, 31, of Indiana, charged March 6 by state police with DUI and a traffic offense Feb. 16 on Route 286 near Starford Road, Cherryhill Township. His BAC was 0.18 percent, court records show. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for April 9.


 

John Michael Woods, 42, of Northern Cambria, charged March 12 by state police with DUI and two traffic offenses Feb. 24 on Arcadia Road, Montgomery Township. His BAC was not reported in the court records. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for April 16.


Devin James Dumm, 22, of Strongstown, charged March 12 by state police with DUI and two traffic offenses Feb. 22 on Route 403 in Strongstown, Pine Township. His BAC was 0.215 percent, court records show. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for April 16.


Zachariah Bronson Beck, 19, of Cherry Tree, charged March 12 by state police with DUI, underage drinking and three traffic offenses Feb. 23 on Route 286 at Smith Road, Green Township. His BAC was 0.2 percent, court records show. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for April 30.


Robert Carl Harrison II, 45, of Plumville, charged March 12 by state police with falsely reporting his car was stolen March 5 at 40 Baker Trail Road, South Mahoning Township. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for April 16.


Margaret Louise Robertson, 28, of Plumville, charged March 12 by state police with DUI and three traffic offenses Feb. 22 on Main Street at Route 954, Plumville. Her BAC was 0.12 percent, court records show. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for April 16.


Tyler Anthony Dotts, 19, of Punxsutawney, and Parker James Bapco, 20, currently incarcerated in the Jefferson County Jail, charged March 15 by state police in Punxsutawney with burglary, conspiracy to burglary, criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief Oct. 17 or 18 at 10 First St., Rossiter, Canoe Township. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for Tuesday.


Bridget Anna Boychuck, 29, of Heilwood, charged March 19 by state police with forgery, theft, receiving stolen property and access device fraud between Dec. 16 and Dec. 28 at 63 Third Ave., Pine Township. She was also charged with theft, receiving stolen property and access device fraud between Jan. 1 and 10 at 75 Third Ave., Pine Township. A preliminary hearing has not been set.


Irwin Leroy Miller, 49, of Punxsutawney, charged March 19 by state police in Punxsutawney with two counts of failure to comply with sexual offenders’ registration requirements between Aug. 1, 2011, and July 19 in Canoe Township. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for April 16.


Michael Allen Boozel, 26, of Home, charged March 19 by the Pennsylvania Game Commission with unlawful taking of wildlife Nov. 26 in South Mahoning Township. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for April 30.
