The three rules for this free event are: children must be present to participate; children must be accompanied by an adult, regardless of age; and the event is not income-based. It is open to all school-age children.

There will also be a bake sale, with proceeds going to help children in need throughout the school year.

For more information, to volunteer or to set up a booth, call Donnalynn Custer at (814) 322-2198.
