ESL president earns Diamond Award

Environmental Service Laboratories Inc. has announced that Elizabeth Gregg, president and CEO, has received the Pittsburgh Business Times’ 2014 Diamond Award.

The award is presented to 12 business leaders in western Pennsylvania each year.

The honorees are chosen based on their exceptional leadership abilities and determination for success.

Throughout her career, Gregg has demonstrated an extensive knowledge of business and a high level of determination, the business magazine said.

As president and CEO of Environmental Service Laboratories, she has grown the company from a two-person operation to a medium-sized business of more than 70 employees.

Gregg is also president and CEO of Environmental Land Surveying & Solutions.

In addition to her success in business, she is also active in the community.

Gregg is first vice chairwoman of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce executive board and is on the board of the Indiana County Development Corporation.

She serves on the advisory board for the Eberly College of Business, Center for Family Business and the advisory board of Supplier Diversity Council at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

She is also vice president and a founding member of the Indiana County Commission for Women.
