The Strack Foundation will hold its second Aiden J. Strack Golf Glassic at the Indiana VFW-Indian Springs Golf Course on May 17.

The tournament will kick off at 10 a.m. with a nine-hole scramble. The winning team will be announced after the scramble. There will be food, drinks, prizes, games, music, basket raffles and lots of fun for kids.

The Strack Foundation was created in memory of Aiden Strack, who was born on April 2, 2012, 14 weeks before his due date. He lived just 48 days.

His parents, Madeline and Jason Strack, founded the Strack Foundation to help other parents of premature infants.

Last year’s inaugural golf classic raised $5,000 for the Patient Care Fund at the Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC, Pittsburgh. The fund is used for expenses not covered by insurance, including travel and lodging for families of babies in the neonatal intensive care unit.
