HOMER CITY DISTRICT COURT DOCKET
Numerous defendants have been named in criminal charges filed before District Judge Susanne Steffee in Homer City.

Amanda Dawn Krouse, 24, of Spring Road, Homer City, charged March 6 by state police with two counts of DUI and two summary charges at 1 a.m. Feb. 20 on Warren Road, White Township. According to court documents, Krouse had a blood alcohol content of 0.21 percent at the time of arrest. The case is still active.
Tyler Don Chresos, 22, of Weaver Road, Marion Center, and Madison Rachel Bruner, 21, of Parkwood Road, Shelocta, charged March 11 by state police with theft by unlawful taking or disposition and receiving stolen property between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Feb. 16 at 2992 Parkwood Road, Shelocta. The case is still active.
Rachel Marie Leonard, 19, of Washington Street, Indiana, charged March 11 by state police with retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia at 2:21 Feb. 16 at Walmart, White Township. The case is still active.
Anthony Christopher Walker, 26, of Cheese Run Road, Indiana, charged March 13 by state police with felony counts of burglary and theft by unlawful taking or disposition on Sept. 27 at 828 John Georges Road, Armstrong Township. The charges were waived for court.
Kevin Donald Peterman, 25, of Saint Clair Road, Indiana, charged March 15 with criminal mischief at 1:30 a.m. March 9 at 2230 Altimus Road, Brush Valley. The case is still active.
Siani Alexis Wiggs, 19, of Indiana, charged March 15 by state police with retail theft at 7:20 p.m. March 13 at Walmart, White Township. The case is still active.
Timothy Micheal Genchur, 58, of Old Route 56, Homer City, charged March 18 by state police with theft by deception and identity theft between September 2007 and March 2013. The case is still active.ch 6.
