MARION CENTER: Three seek seats on school board

MARION CENTER — Two long-tenured incumbents and a challenger are vying for two available nominations for four-year terms as directors in Region III of the Marion Center Area School District.

Region III is Rayne Township and Ernest Borough.

Incumbents Robert Neese and Charles Glasser and challenger Richard Howells Jr. all cross-filed to seek nominations on both the Republican and Democratic ballots in the upcoming primary.

Howells, of Ernest, declined to be interviewed for this pre-election article.
