Museum features mining history exhibit

The history of coal mining in Indiana County is one of the ongoing exhibits at the Indiana County Historical Museum, 621 Wayne Ave., Indiana.

Information, photographs and various mining artifacts are on display. Museum hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday.
