PAJAMA DAY

by on April 26, 2013 10:50 AM

The Mahoning Hills Social Center, 19298 Route 119 North, located beside Longview Elementary School, near Punxsutawney, recently held an interactive and fun Pajama Day with the Longview Elementary students.

Adults and students came dressed in their comfortable pajamas and enjoyed breakfast for lunch and had fun getting to know one another. After lunch, they took turns reading bedtime stories.

The students read to the adults, then, the adults read to the students. The Mahoning Hills Social Center operates Monday through Friday and offers a wide array of activities and programs. For more information, call (724) 286-3099.

June Farmery read to her great-granddaughter Brooke Farmery, daughter of Corey and Amanda Farmery, of Smithport.
