PHOTO GALLERY: Police apprehend more than 20 drug suspects

State police reported Monday that the following were named on the warrant detail and are in police custody. Named on criminal complaints:

n Rafael Ivan Picado, 28, of Thundercloud Lane, Indiana, charged Friday by Indiana Borough police with an ungraded felony of delivery of a controlled substance and an ungraded misdemeanor of possession of a controlled substance on April 30 at 100 Thundercloud Lane. A preliminary hearing is Oct. 12.

n Donald Duane Coy, 32, of Carlisle Street, Homer City, charged Wednesday by state police in Greensburg with two felony counts of delivery of a 0.22 grams of heroin and six buprenorphine pills and two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance on June 18 and 19, 2008. A preliminary hearing is Oct. 12.

n Eric Scott Battista, 29, of Gompers Avenue, Indiana, charged Friday by Indiana Borough police with four ungraded felonies of possession with intent to deliver and four ungraded misdemeanors of possession between Feb. 4 and July 23 at 874 Fairview Ave. in White Township. A preliminary hearing is Oct. 12.

n Donna Treese, 63, of Marshall Heights Road, Black Lick, charged Thursday by the Indiana County District Attorney's office with three felony counts of possession with intent to deliver on Dec. 29, 2008; Jan. 6, 2009; and March 3, 2009, at 534 Marshall Heights Road in Black Lick.

n Christopher M. Wisor, 20, of Trolley Street, Black Lick, charged Wednesday by state police in Greensburg with two felonies of possession with intent to deliver 0.83 gram of crack cocaine, two misdemeanors of possession of a controlled substance on March 13, 2008, in the Walmart parking lot in White Township, and on May 22, 2008, on Old William Penn Highway in Burrell Township. A preliminary hearing is Oct. 12.

n Matthew Chad Stiffler, 28, of Pickett Lane, Indiana, charged Friday by Indiana Borough police with two ungraded felonies of possession with intent to deliver and two third-degree felonies of criminal use of a communication facility on May 5 and May 21 at 18 Picket Lane in Indiana. A preliminary hearing is Oct. 12.

n Raymond Merle Cornman, 42, of East Market Street, Blairsville, charged in two separate incidents on Wednesday by state police in Greensburg with two felony counts of delivery of 0.16 grams of heroin and two misdemeanors of possession of a controlled substance on Dec. 9, 2008, and Jan. 6, 2009, at 335 E. Market St. in Blairsville.

n Hillary Magas, 22, of Ober Road, Indiana, charged Sept. 30 by state police with an ungraded felony of criminal conspiracy of delivery of 1.9 grams of crack cocaine on April 3, 2008, at Apt. 35 of Two Lick Dr., Center Township. A preliminary hearing is Oct. 12.

n Jarmain Baker, 25, of Cypress Avenue, Johnstown, charged in three separate incidents with an ungraded felony of criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance on March 14, 2008, at the Comfort Inn parking lot in White Township; an ungraded felony of criminal conspiracy to deliver 1.68 grams of crack cocaine, a felony of delivery of a controlled substance, and a misdemeanor of possession of a controlled substance on May 20, 2008, at South Brady at East Brown Street in Blairsville; and an ungraded felony of criminal conspiracy to deliver, a felony of delivery of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor of possession on May 13 on Grandview Avenue in Burrell Township.

n Aaron Christopher O'Neil, 20, of West Creek Road, Rochester Mills, charged in three separate incidents Wednesday for a felony of delivery of heroin, a felony of possession with intent to deliver and a misdemeanor of possession of a controlled substance on March 11 at 19 Westcreek Road in East Mahoning Township. O'Neil is also charged with a felony of delivery of a controlled substance, a felony count of possession with intent to deliver and a misdemeanor of possession of a controlled substance on May 28 in the parking lot of Miller's Supply Co. along Route 286 in Rayne Township and on Jan. 16 in the Staples parking lot in White Township. A preliminary hearing is Oct. 13

n Matthew Eric Reinbold, 23, of Larchwood Drive, Bluebell, charged Sept. 29 by state police with two felony counts of delivery of cocaine; two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver; and two misdemeanors of possession on April 15 and 28, 2008, at a residence along Wayne Avenue in Indiana.

A preliminary hearing is Oct. 15.

n Brandi Nicole Doland, 26, of Clune, charged Sept. 29 with two counts each of felony of delivery of marijuana, felony of possession with intent to deliver and a misdemeanor of possession on July 6 on North Fourth Street in White Township and June 24 on South Sixth Street in Indiana. A preliminary hearing is Oct. 15.

n Larry Curtis Williams, 29, of 2 Hummingbird Lane, Indiana, charged by state police with two counts each of possession with intent to deliver heroin, delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. Police allege that Williams sold heroin to a police informant in July and August.

Criminal complaints detailing allegation against the following suspects were unavailable. In custody, according to police:

n James Henry, 27, of Cleveland, charged Wednesday by state police at Greensburg in two complaints filed at the Homer City district court with two counts each of possession with intent to deliver 1.13 grams of crack cocaine, possession of drugs and conspiracy for incidents in Burrell and White townships.

n George Findley, 47, of Cherry Tree, charged Wednesday by state police at Greensburg in a complaint filed at the Clymer district court with one count each of possession with intent to deliver 10 diazepam pills and possession of a controlled substance for an incident in Green Township. Findley was arraigned Monday and held at the Indiana County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bond to await a preliminary hearing Oct. 14.

n Michael Santichen, 35, of Johnstown, charged Sept. 10 by state police at Greensburg in two criminal complaints filed in Somerset County with four counts of possession with intent to deliver and two counts of possession of a controlled substance for incidents in Jennerstown.

n Amber Legros, 22, of Cherry Tree, charged Wednesday by state police at Greensburg in a complaint filed in Cambria County with solicitation to possession with indent to deliver, criminal use of a communication facility and theft by deception for an incident in Northern Cambria. Legros was arraigned Monday and released on unsecured bail of $25,000 to await a preliminary hearing Oct. 20.

n Donald Connah, 45, of Patton, Cambria County, charged on Wednesday by state police at Greensburg in a complaint filed in Cambria County with one count of possession with intent to deliver clonazepam for an incident in Patton. Connah was arraigned Monday and released on unsecured bond of $25,000 to await a preliminary hearing Oct. 20.

n Denise Williams, 38, of Northern Cambria, charged Monday in a criminal complaint filed in Cambria County with one count each of delivery of heroin, possession with intent to deliver and possession of controlled substance for an incident in Northern Cambria. Williams was arraigned Monday and held at the Cambria County jail with bond set at $50,000 to await a preliminary hearing Oct. 13.

n John Wigfield, 43, of Bradenville, Westmoreland County, charged Thursday by state police at Greensburg in a complaint filed in Westmoreland County with one count each of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of controlled substance, conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident in Derry Township. Wigfield was arraigned Monday and released on recognizance to await a preliminary hearing Oct. 21.

n Josephine Ginter, 32, of Bradenville, Westmoreland County, charged Tuesday by state police at Greensburg in a complaint filed in Westmoreland County with one count each of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of controlled substance, conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident in Derry Township. Ginter was arraigned Monday and released on recognizance to await a preliminary hearing Oct. 21.

Those still at large as of this morning, according to police:

n Samantha Zack, 22, of Johnstown, charged by state police at Greensburg Sept. 30 in two complaints filed at the Homer City district court with two counts each of possession with intent to deliver 0.55 gram of crack cocaine and possession of drugs and one count of conspiracy for incidents in Blairsville and Cherryhill Township.

n Robert Diferdinando, 22, of Chalfont, Bucks County, charged Oct. 2 by Indiana Borough police in a complaint filed at the Homer City district court with possession of drugs and possession with intent to deliver for an incident in Indiana Borough.

n James Morrison, 24, of Home, charged Sept. 30 by state police at Greensburg in a complaint filed at the Clymer district court with one count each of possession with intent to deliver 0.11 grams of heroin and possession of a controlled substance for an incident in South Mahoning Township.

n Ruth Rummell, 34, of Altoona, charged Sept. 30 by state police at Greensburg in a complaint filed in Cambria County with one count each of delivery of heroin, possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance for an incident in West Carroll Township

n Wendell Dixon, 37, of Pittsburgh, charged Aug. 7 by state police at Greensburg in two criminal complaints filed at the Bradenville district court with two counts each of possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, delivery of controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for incidents in Salem Township and Derry Township.

Dixon also was charged Aug. 6 by Greensburg-based troopers in two complaints filed in Allegheny County with two counts each of delivery of controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and possession of controlled substance for incidents in Monroeville and North Versailles Township.

n Nicole Fairman, 23, of Adamson Road, Creekside, wanted for delivery of marijuana.

n Lamont Baker, 27, aka G Murder, unknown address, wanted for criminal conspiracy to deliver 1.9 grams of crack cocaine.
