FESTIVAL FUN: Kaden Connell, 13, and Adison Connell, 8, enjoyed one of the amusements Friday at the Shannock Valley Community Festival in Rural Valley.  They are the children of Billie Connell, of Dayton. COOL IN THE POOL: Hailey McManaway, 3, played in the Mack Park pool Tuesday to beat the heat. She is the daughter of Brent and Andrea McManaway, of Indiana. Temperatures Tuesday reached the high 80s, but cooler weather is expected for the rest of the week after storms that are predicted for today, according to the National Weather Service.
