Purchase Line to offer summer meals

The Purchase Line School District will be offering a summer meals program under the U.S. Department of Agriculture Summer Meals Waiver.

Students are welcome to come and enjoy a meal at the designated locations during the summer months. There is no charge.

All children, 18 years of age of under, as well as those individuals over age 18 who meet the federal definition of mentally or physically disabled persons, who are residents of the community, are eligible to participate.

Breakfast will run from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the following days at the buildings designated:

• June 11 to 21: Monday through Friday, breakfast and lunch in the elementary and high schools

• June 24 to 28: Monday through Friday, breakfast and lunch in the elementary and high schools

• July 1 to 3: Monday through Wednesday, breakfast and lunch in the elementary and high schools

• July 8 to 12: Monday through Friday, breakfast and lunch in the elementary and high schools

• July 15 to 19: Monday through Friday, breakfast and lunch in the elementary and high schools

• July 22 to 26: Monday through Friday, breakfast and lunch in the elementary and high schools

• Aug. 5 to 9: Monday through Friday, breakfast and lunch in the high school

• Aug. 19 to 23, Monday through Friday, breakfast and lunch in the high school
