by on June 10, 2014 10:50 AM

Traffic restrictions with daytime flagging and temporary lane closures stalled traffic Monday at Route 56 near Route 954.

The work is part of a PennDOT improvement project on Route 56 in Armagh Borough and East Wheatfield, Brush Valley and Center townships.

The $4,421,202 project, by Derry Construction Co. of Johnstown, is expected to be completed in October. (Tom Peel/Gazette photo)
