The Open Door Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment Center and a local support group are screening the feature documentary “The Anonymous People” Wednesday evening at the Indiana Theater.
The film is about the 23.5 million Americans who are quietly living in long-term recovery from addiction to alcohol or drugs.
The film explores the social stigma that is associated with the disease and the barriers to recovering from it.
The screening begins at 7 p.m. There is no admission fee, but donations will be accepted. The theater is along Philadelphia Street in Indiana Borough.
