Nicole Rzodkiewicz, of Harborcreek, texted outside the residence halls along Maple Street at Indiana University of Pennsylvania as unseasonably warm weather on Sunday melted the last of the remaining snow.

Sunday’s high was recorded as 65 degrees at the Two Lick Filtration plant near Indiana.

Warm weather was expected again today, with a predicted high of 57 before cooler temperatures return with rain and snow later this week, according to the National Weather Service.
