HIGH SCHOOL LACROSSE: GCC edges IHS girls
Greensburg Central Catholic nipped Indiana, 8-7, in a WPIAL Division 2 Section 1 girls’ lacrosse game Thursday at Andy Kuzneski Field.
The game marked the first girls’ lacrosse game in Indiana High School history.
Aubrey Bohn piled up six goals and three ground balls to lead Indiana.
Chrissy Conklin chipped in a goal, Cassidy Lydick had four ground balls, and Megan Lydick added three ground balls. Leah Pidgeon made 13 saves in goal.
Indiana plays host to Latrobe tonight.
