TENNIS: Keys, 19, wins first WTA title

EASTBOURNE, England (AP) — Feliciano Lopez of Spain completed a successful title defense when he beat top seed Richard Gasquet of France 6-3, 6-7 (5), 7-5 in the Aegon International final on Saturday.

Madison Keys, 19, earned her first career WTA title by beating Angelique Kerber of Germany 6-3, 3-6, 7-5 in the women’s final.

• ’s-HERTOGEBOSCH, Netherlands (AP) — Roberto Bautista Agut of Spain and CoCo Vandeweghe of the United States won their first career titles at the Topshelf Open on Saturday.

Third-seeded Bautista Agut beat Benjamin Becker of Germany 2-6, 7-6 (2), 6-4 in the men’s final.

Vandeweghe, a qualifier, beat Zheng Jie of China 6-2, 6-4 in the women’s title match.
