ACCIDENTS

WHITE TOWNSHIP

Vehicles driven by Allan R. Bloom, 33, of Punxsutawney, and Kathryn E. Zobel, 20, of Fishers, Ind., collided Oct. 6 on Oakland Avenue by Martin’s grocery store, according to state police in Indiana. A passenger in Bloom’s vehicle, Heidi J. Bloom, 35, of Punxsutawney, suffered an injury of unknown severity and was taken to Indiana Regional Medical Center for treatment, police said.

BURRELL TOWNSHIP

Joshua J. Goldberg, 20, of Blairsville, lost control of his vehicle when its steering mechanism malfunctioned, causing him to lose control and crash into large landscaping rocks around 6:40 a.m. Thursday at the Indiana First Bank branch along Route 22, according to state police in Indiana. No injuries were reported.
