WHITE TOWNSHIP

A vehicle driven by James E. Shoup, 24, of Indiana, went off Ben Franklin Road South and crashed into a fire hydrant and shrubbery at 9:08 a.m. Tuesday, according to state police in Indiana. Police said the accident occurred when Shoup swerved to avoid another vehicle that had slid into his path. Shoup suffered a minor injury. A passenger in his vehicle, Samantha J. Shoup, 25, of Indiana, suffered a moderate injury, police said. Three other passengers, a boy and two girls ages 3, 5 and 6, were uninjured, police said.

RAYNE TOWNSHIP

A vehicle driven by Steven Rosenberger, no age given, of Home, was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Corbin Bailey, no age given, of Home, on Tuesday afternoon on Route 119, according to state police in Indiana. Police said the accident occurred at 1:15 p.m. by the BP Inn.

GREEN TOWNSHIP

A vehicle driven by Nancy K. Caldwell, 51, of Commodore, went off Route 286, down an embankment and rolled over at 11:35 a.m. Tuesday, according to state police in Indiana. Caldwell was not injured, police said.
