Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County

Arlene Knall, 64, of Blairsville, was driving south on Route 119 at 7:35 a.m. Monday when she lost control of her Jeep on some ice on a curve.

State police at Greensburg said her vehicle slid across the highway, hit an embankment and rolled over.

Knall had a minor injury from the crash, according to police.

East Huntingdon Township, Westmoreland County

Two people were hurt in a two-vehicle collision at 1:40 p.m. March 2 on the New Stanton Ruffsdale Road.

State police at Greensburg said Amanda Buszinski, 25, of Blairsville, lost control of her car in a curve and it crossed into the oncoming lane and hit a pickup truck driven by James Burns, 35, of Alverton. Police said Burns and a passenger in the truck, Alesia Burns, 31, of Alverton, had minor injuries from the collision.
