Plumcreek Township, Armstrong County

One person was hurt in a two-vehicle crash at 9:15 a.m. Sunday on Route 422 east of Margaret Road.

State police at Kittanning said a car driven by Tamara Stambaugh, 37, of Indiana, was following a car driven by Gabrielle Panza, 19, of Pittsburgh.

When Panza lost control of her vehicle on the icy roadway, Stambaugh was following too closely, police said, and her vehicle hit Panza’s car.

Stambaugh was injured and taken to Indiana Regional Medical Center, where a hospital spokeswoman said Stambaugh was treated and released.

Pine Township

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 3:55 p.m. Friday on Route 553 west of Tower Hill Road.

State police at Indiana said a vehicle driven by Joseph Brink, 23, of Glen Campbell, pulled out of a parking lot and into the path of an eastbound car driven by Brandi Defrahn, 26, of Mentcle.

White Township

No one was hurt in a two-vehicle crash at 12:10 p.m. Friday in the Regency Mall parking lot.

State police at Indiana said Tyler Mann, 19, of Johnstown, drove into a four-way intersection and into the path of a vehicle driven by Ruth Costa, 76, of Indiana. Costa’s vehicle hit Mann’s vehicle, police said.
