Beaver County man sentenced in indecent assault charge
BEAVER (AP) — An 82-year-old western Pennsylvania man will spend five years on home electronic monitoring after pleading guilty to inappropriately touching a child who stayed at a since-closed day care run out of his basement.
Clarence Bryan, of Chippewa Township, was sentenced Wednesday after pleading guilty to one count of indecent assault.
Other charges involving other children were dismissed as part of a plea bargain he agreed to with Beaver County prosecutors in April. He must register with the state as a sex offender.
