Numerous defendants have been named in criminal charges filed before Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Rega of Blairsville.

Criminal complaints and affidavits of probable cause are not evidence of guilt in a criminal case. Defendants are entitled to legal representation and have the right to question the witnesses and evidence presented against them during preliminary hearings in the district court and at trials in the county court of common pleas.

Charged were:

Joseph Donald McCutcheon, 32, of North Brady Street, Blairsville, charged Jan. 16 by Blairsville police with felony counts of possession of a firearm without a license, possession and manufacture of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property, two misdemeanors and one summary charge on Dec. 3 on East Burrell Street in Blairsville.

Ryan Kirsh Keener, 19, of Canal Street, Saltsburg, charged Jan. 30 by Saltsburg police with one felony count of manufacture of a controlled substance and two misdemeanors at 2:20 a.m. Jan. 18 on Salt Street, Blairsville. All charges were waived for court.

Michael D. Clark, 49, of Church Street in Black Lick, charged Jan. 31 with theft by unlawful taking at 5:38 p.m. Oct. 6 on East Market Street in Blairsville. The charge was waived for court.

Corey Ryan Milyak, 19, of West 1st Avenue, Derry, charged Jan. 30 by Saltsburg police with possession of drug paraphernalia between 9:30 and 11 p.m. Jan. 17. The charge was held for court.

Daniel K. Barron, 25, of Barrondale Road, Blairsville, charged Jan. 30 by state police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of an automobile at 3 p.m. Jan. 29 on Barrondale Road in Burrell Township. The charges were waived for court.

Demiah Arrington Perry, 48, of Johnstown, charged Jan. 30 by state police with driving with a suspended license and two summary charges at 8:53 a.m. Jan. 25 on Snyder Lane in Burrell Township. The case is still active.

Robert Paul Geschke, of Seward, charged Jan. 23 by state police with two counts each of theft by deception and receiving stolen property on July 5 at Mack’s Mini Mart in Indiana County. All charges were waived for court.

Toni Danelle Yakemik, 26, of Airport Road, Johnstown, charged Jan 18. by state police with two counts of possession of a controlled substance on Sept. 18 on Carter Street in Blacklick Township. The case is still active.

Vincent Lamar Skillings, 34, of Hillside Road, Derry, charged Jan. 15 by state police with possession of counterfeit currency and theft by deception on Jan. 12 at the Blairsville Italian Club. The charges were held for court.

Kevin Eugene Hardison, 20, Westmoreland County Prison, charged Jan. 15 by state police with receiving stolen property between Oct. 1 and 17 on North Walnut Street, Blairsville. The charge was waived for court.

Joshua James Bickel, 30, Saltsburg, charged Jan. 11 by Blairsville police with four felony counts of intimidation of witness or victims and six misdemeanors between March 4 and 15 on East Market Street, Blairsville. All charges were withdrawn.

Cory Lee Walsh, 20, of Carrollton, Ohio, and Jason Thomas Williamsen, 21, of Wyoming Drive, Blairsville, charged Jan. 14 by state police with two counts of the sale or illegal use of certain solvents and noxious substances between 4:30 and 5:01 p.m. Jan. 8 on Wyoming Drive in Burrell Township. The case is still active.

Frank Anthony Allia, 19, of Maryland, charged Jan. 14 by state police with the sale or illegal use of certain solvents and noxious substances and two misdemeanors between 4:30 and 5:01 p.m. on Wyoming Drive in Burrell Township. Two charges were withdrawn, while one was moved to a non-traffic violation.

Francis Eugene Aukerman, 44, of Brinker Road, Greensburg, charged Jan. 14 by Blairsville police with habitual offenses and four summary charges at 10 p.m. Dec. 10 on East Sugar Alley in Blairsville. The charges were held for court.

Vicky Lee Lawson, of Valley Road, Clarksburg, charged Jan. 8 by state police with DUI and three summary charges. Court documents did not release Lawson’s BAC. All charges were waived for court.

Clayton Robert Duncan, 21, of Kayler Street, Saltsburg, charged Jan. 9 by Saltsburg police with two counts of DUI and texting while driving. According to court documents, Duncan’s BAC was 0.14 percent at the time of arrest. One count of DUI was withdrawn, while the two other charges were waived for court.

Richard Edward Piper, 45, of Valley Road, Clarksburg, charged Jan. 8 with DUI and three summary charges. Piper’s BAC was not listed in court documents. The charges were waived for court.

Philip Zimmerman III, 57, of Sherman Street, Clymer, charged Jan. 8 by state police with possession of a controlled substance at 12:55 a.m. March 1 in Blairsville Borough. The charge was waived for court.

Barry Anthony Baker, 34, of New Kensington, charged Jan. 4 by Indiana Borough Police with felony counts of possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility and an ungraded misdemeanor at 8:43 p.m. Dec. 3 on Carter Road, Indiana. The charges were waived for court.

Jeffrey Paul Sims, 35, of Walnut Road in Rural Valley, charged Jan. 6 by state police with retail theft and criminal trespass at 3:52 p.m. Jan. 6 at Walmart in White Township. The case is still active.

Desmond Jacolby Baker, 25, of Cypress Avenue, Johnstown, charged Jan. 4 by Homer City police with felony counts of delivery and possession of a controlled substance and possession and intent to deliver a controlled substance on South Stewart Street in Indiana. The charges were waived for court.

Gregory Allan McAdoo, 32, of Seward, charged Jan. 4 by state police with felony counts of burglary and criminal trespass and two misdemeanors at 9:30 p.m. between Nov. 12 and Dec. 30 in East Wheatfield Township. The charges were waived for court.

Ryan Patrick Price, 20, Sandolfini Lane, Black Lick, charged Nov. 27 by the Indiana County Sheriff’s Office with summary charges including driving an unregistered vehicle, driving a motor vehicle without required financial responsibility as well as seven other summary charges between 6:43 and 7:10 p.m. Nov. 20. Price was found guilty on all charges.

Jessika Rankin, 32, Susan Drive, Blairsville, charged Nov. 30 by state police with a felony count of criminal conspiracy, two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, and a misdemeanor between 4:26 and 4:30 p.m. in East Wheatfield Township. All charges were waived for court.

Rachel Naomi Ritenour, 26, and Candice Lynn Baird, 33, Barnview Circle, Blairsville, charged Nov. 30 with obstructing administration of law at 3 p.m. June 4 at Barnview Circle, Burrell Township. The charges were waived for court.

Neal Christopher Donahue, 41, Liberty Street, Blairsville, charged Nov. 30 by state police with DUI as well as two summary charges. Court documents did not state Donahue’s BAC level. He faces a preliminary hearing in April.

Lewis Brian McLaughlin, 53, Bolivar, charged Nov. 30 by state police with DUI and two summary traffic violations at 2:27 a.m. Oct. 28 at Route 22, East Wheatfield Township. McLaughlin’s BAC was 0.151 percent, court records show. He waived his right to a preliminary hearing and will face the charges in court.
