CLYMER DISTRICT COURT DOCKET

Numerous defendants have been named in criminal charges filed in the Clymer district court before Magisterial District Judge George Thachik.

Criminal complaints and affidavits of probable cause are not evidence of guilt in a criminal case.

Defendants are entitled to legal representation and have the right to question the witnesses and evidence presented against during preliminary hearings in the district court and at trials in the county court of common pleas.

Charged were:

Chelsea E. Rowe, 22, of Gibsonia, and David Robert Camp Jr., 23, of Valencia, charged March 25 by Indiana Borough police with harassment and simple assault March 25 at 1156 Grant St. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for July 9.

Janessa Lynn George, 21, of Indiana, charged March 25 by state police with possession of contraband and disorderly conduct March 25 at SCI Pine Grove.

A preliminary hearing was scheduled for Tuesday.

Bradley Thomas Lloyd, 18, of Indiana, charged March 26 by state police with theft March 22 at 145 Main St., Ernest. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for May 7.

Gregory James Goss, 29, of Marion Center, charged March 26 by state police with DUI and several traffic offenses Feb. 16 on Route 286, Green Township.

His blood alcohol content was 0.221 percent, court records show.

A preliminary hearing was scheduled for May 14.

Dustin Russell Weakland, 30, of Northern Cambria, charged March 26 by state police with DUI and several traffic offenses March 10 on Route 553, Cherryhill Township.

His BAC was 0.217 percent, court records show. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for April 30.

Branden David Gromley, 23, last known to be of Glen Campbell, charged March 25 by state police in Punxsutawney with simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment Feb. 1 at 88 Schrader Ave. A preliminary hearing has not been scheduled.

Jodie K. Shank, 44, of Ernest, charged March 26 by state police with receiving stolen property and theft from a vehicle March 9 at Sheetz, Clymer. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for April 30.

Erin Melissa Lockhart, 24, of Smicksburg, charged March 26 by state police with DUI and several traffic offenses March 9 on Route 85, Rayne Township.

Her BAC was greater than 0.3 percent, court records show.

A preliminary hearing was scheduled for April 30.

Jameson Scott Swatsworth, 25, last known to be of Mahaffey, charged March 27 by Indiana Borough police with burglary, criminal trespass and criminal mischief Feb. 28 at 1030 Pfeiffer Road, East Mahoning Township. He was held on a $25,000 bond.

A preliminary hearing was continued and has not been rescheduled.

Stefan Clay Petrigac, 21, of Indiana, charged March 27 by Indiana Borough police with criminal trespass, burglary, theft, receiving stolen property, public drunkenness and criminal mischief March 27 at 16 S. 10th St., Apt. 5, Indiana. He was held on a $25,000 bond. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for June 11.

April Mae Crane, 20, of Nanty Glo; Kerri Lynn Williams, 38, of Cleveland; and Perry James Irvin, 21, of Cleveland, charged March 27 by state police with criminal conspiracy to forgery, to theft by taking, to theft by deception and to receiving stolen property between Nov. 18 and Jan. 29 at 11149 Route 422 East, Pine Township. Crane was held on a $10,000 bond and a preliminary hearing was continued and has not been rescheduled.A warrant was issued for Williams and Irvin.

DISMISSED

Charges of simple assault and harassment filed March 23 by state police against Timothy Lee Blair, 45, of Indiana, were dismissed at a preliminary hearing April 2.

Charges of simple assault and harassment filed March 25 by state police against Donald George Dishong, 84, of Indiana, were dismissed at a preliminary hearing April 2.
