Defendants sentenced in Indiana County Court

Numerous defendants were sentenced in February, March and April sessions of Indiana County Court:

Bryce Jamison, 48, of Jamison Lane, Cherryhill Township, was given a suspended term of five days to six months in the county jail followed by six months of intermediate punishment including 23 days in jail and 20 days of house arrest and was ordered to pay $3,245 in fines and court costs for two unrelated convictions for DUI.

Patrick Beckel Jr., 37, of Pearce Hollow Road, Marion Center, was committed to Indiana County Jail for 15 days to six months and was directed to pay $1,162.50 in fines and costs for DUI.

Raymond Stambaugh, 63, of Cush Creek Road, Arcadia, was placed on six months of intermediate punishment including 96 hours in the county jail and 32 days of house arrest and was required to pay $1,378.50 in fines and court costs for DUI.

Joseph Fulmer, 21, of Buckley Road, Indiana, was placed on intermediate punishment for six months including 96 hours in jail and 32 days on house arrest and was assessed $1,432.50 in fines and court costs for DUI.

Steven Pusateri, 44, of Merry Place, White Township, was placed on intermediate punishment for six months including 96 hours in jail and 32 days on house arrest and was told to pay $1,582.50 for DUI.

William Wilson Jr., 36, of Lake View Drive, Blairsville, was placed on intermediate punishment for six months including 96 hours in jail and 32 days on house arrest and was told to pay $1,607.50 in fines and court costs for DUI and one summary traffic infraction.

Avinash Maharajh, 26, of Johnstown, Cambria County, was placed on six months of intermediate punishment including 96 hours in Indiana County Jail and 32 days of house arrest and was told to pay $1,585 in fines and court costs for DUI.

Tina Houston, 30, of Berry Lane, Clymer, was placed on intermediate punishment for six months including 96 hours in jail and 32 days on house arrest and was assessed $1,610 in fines and court costs for DUI and one traffic offense.

Marlin Helmick, 56, of Johnstown, Cambria County, was given two consecutive terms of 72 hours to six months in Indiana County Jail with immediate parole, was placed on one year of probation and was assessed $5,121 in fines and court costs for two counts of DUI and one count of accidents involving damages to an attended vehicle.

John Arble, 23, of Luciusboro Road, Center Township, was given 72 hours to six months in the county jail with immediate parole and was ordered to pay $1,504.50 in fines and court costs for DUI.

Benjamin Keck, 22, of Carlisle, Cumberland County, was ordered to serve 48 hours to six months in Indiana County Jail, was immediately paroled and was assessed $1,295.50 in fines and court costs for DUI.

Jared Ferra, 22, of Bridge Street, Creekside, was told to pay a total of $6764.50 in fines and costs of prosecution and was given two concurrent terms of five years of intermediate punishment including 12 months of electronic-monitored house arrest for two convictions for DUI.

Anthony Plueckhahn, 21 of Ford City, Armstrong County, was placed on intermediate punishment for four years including nine months of electronic-monitored house arrest and ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $2,652.50 for delivery of narcotics.

Ronald Stains, 36, of Curry Run Road, Armstrong Township, was placed on six months of intermediate punishment including 10 days on house arrest and assessed $1,365 in fines and court costs for DUI.

Bryan Crowe, 22, of Pittsburgh, was placed on intermediate punishment for six months including 10 days of house arrest and was required to pay $1,315 in fines and court costs for DUI.

Troy Ryen, 24, of South Fourth Street, Indiana, was placed on intermediate punishment for six months including 10 days on house arrest and was required to pay $1,158.50 in fines and costs of prosecution for DUI.

Lynn Stitt, 19, of Cherry Avenue, Clymer, was required to pay $1,038 in fines and costs and was placed on probation for three years for theft.

Kenneth Ashley, 27, of Burns Avenue, Indiana, was required to pay $1.453 in fines, restitution and court costs and was placed on probation for three years for theft.

Desiree Palmer, 21, of Flinton, Cambria County, formerly of Lucernemines, was directed to pay $1,908.50 in fines, costs and restitution and was placed on probation for three years for theft.

Dennis Lewis Jr., 26, of Hummingbird Drive, Penn Run, was assessed $3,143.50 in fines, costs and restitution and was placed on probation for three years for theft.

Christopher Kaufman, 25, of White Street, Iselin, was ordered to pay $1,620 in fines and court costs and was placed on three years of probation for criminal use of a communication facility.

Alan Conrad Jr., 37, of Black Road, Home, was assessed $3,341 in fines, costs and restitution and was placed on probation for three years for criminal trespass.

Joshua Tassos, 20, of John Georges Road, Indiana, was required to pay $3,341 in fines, costs and restitution and was placed on probation for three years for criminal trespass.

Carol Spencer, 38, of New Alexandria, Westmoreland County, was assessed $2,681.09 in fines, court costs and restitution and was placed on concurrent terms of three years and two years of probation for passing bad checks and retail theft.

Emily Minemyer, 23, of Mary Street, Robinson, was required to pay $1,472.42 in fines, costs and restitution and was placed on probation for two years for theft.

Gregory Burkett, 34, of Pierce Road, Homer City, was told to pay $965.06 in fines, costs and restitution and was placed on two years of probation for theft.

Devlin Webb, 49, of Green Valley Drive, White Township, was assessed $2,412.01 in fines and costs of prosecution and was placed on probation for two years for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Chad Smith, 29, of Mary Street, Robinson, was directed to pay $4,360.36 in fines, costs and restitution and was placed on probation for two years for theft.

Wade Hill, 35, of Cameron Road, Buffington Township, was required to pay $1,658.50 in fines and court costs and was placed on probation for two years for DUI, child welfare endangerment and two traffic violations.

Alan Cole, 33, of Sunset Drive, Clymer, was directed to pay $1,305.13 in fines, costs and restitution and was placed on two years of probation for passing bad checks.

Justin Zeruth, 23, of DuBois, Clearfield County, was told to pay $2,734.74 in fines, restitution and costs of prosecution and was placed on probation for two years for theft.

Craig Rellick, 23, of Black Lick Road, Blacklick Township, was directed to pay $2,059 in fines and court costs and was placed on probation for two years for possession with intent to deliver narcotics.

Joshua Wright, 36, of Sixth Street, Clymer, was assessed $1,788 in fines and costs of prosecution and was placed on two years of probation for indecent assault.

Cynthia Pandullo, 43, of Church Street, Indiana, was told to pay $1,473.50 in fines and court costs and was placed on two years of probation for recklessly endangering another person, corruption of minors and furnishing alcohol to minors.

Joshua Borowitz, 24, of Poulos Road, Armstrong Township, was required to pay $1,276.50 in fines and costs of prosecution and was placed on one year of probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Donna Treese-Wilson, 65, of Marshall Heights Road, Burrell Township, was assessed $916.50 in fines and costs and was placed on probation for one year for possession of drugs.

Brad Troup, 33, of Nolo Road, Pine Township, was ordered to pay $1,366.25 in fines and court costs and was placed on probation for one year for possession of drugs.

Pamela Hartzog, 36, of South Third Street, Indiana, was assessed $953.25 in fines and costs and placed on probation for one year for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Marvin Packer, 52, of Kittanning, formerly of North Sixth Street, Indiana, was required to pay $1.547 in fines and court costs and was placed on two concurrent terms of one year on probation for two counts of violation of the Public Safety Emergency Telephone Act and one count of harassment.

Robert Sexton Jr., 47, of Washington, Washington County, was ordered to pay $1,503.26 in fines, costs and restitution for theft.

Brian Kutsch, 23, of Chestnut Street, Blairsville, was told to pay $2,402.50 in fines, restitution and court costs and to serve one year of probation for accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle.

Lloyd Paynter IV, 33, of New Florence, Westmoreland County, was required to pay $1,255.55 in fines, restitution and costs of prosecution and was placed on probation for one year for defiant trespass and retail theft.

Shawn Kelly, 23, of Pittsburgh, was ordered to pay $781.01 in fines, costs and restitution and was placed on probation for one year for disorderly conduct

Karen Sardone, 46, of Chestnut Street, Coral, was assessed $1,113.50 in fines and court costs and was placed on one year of probation for retail theft.

Shawn Gearhart, 24, of Philadelphia Street, Indiana, was told to pay $1,113.50 in fines and court costs and was placed on one year of probation for simple assault and public drunkenness.

Christopher Slater, 21, of South Main Street, Homer City, was assessed $1,251.14 in fines, costs and restitution and was placed on probation for one year for receiving stolen property.

Jason Ruffner, 27, of East Elm Street, Homer City, was removed from probation without verdict for a 2010 conviction for possession of drug paraphernalia and one traffic offense, was placed on probation for one year and fined $25.

Neal Coulson, 29, of McKeesport, Allegheny County, was assessed $754.50 in fines and court costs and was placed on one year of probation for unsworn falsification.

Amanda Scalise, 24, of Route 119, Marion Center, was required to pay $965.13 in fines, costs and restitution and was placed on one year of probation for conspiracy to retail theft.

Anthony Scalise, 24, of Route 119, Marion Center, was told to pay $965.13 in fines, costs and restitution and was placed on probation for one year for retail theft.

Martha Myers, 25, of Market Street, Saltsburg, was ordered to pay $1,113.50 in fines and court costs and was placed on probation for one year for making false reports.

Edward Fordham, 24, of Carnegie, Allegheny County, was ordered to pay $933.50 in fines and court costs and was placed on probation for six months for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Randy Petro, 43, of Auction Barn Road, Derry Township, was ordered to pay $603.85 in court costs and restitution and to serve six months of probation for bad checks.

Magdalene Volk, 22, of Railroad Avenue, Blairsville, was assessed $253.50 in court costs and was placed on six months of probation for retail theft.

Robin Yatsko, 51, of Starford Road, Green Township, was told to pay $1,136.25 in fines and court costs and was placed on probation for six months for possession of drugs.

Clarence Zacherl Jr., 68, of Lohr Street, Indiana, was assessed $883.50 in fines and court costs and was placed on probation for six months for receiving stolen property.

Gordon Phillips, 22, of Bethlehem, Lehigh County, was ordered to pay $883.50 in fines and costs and was placed on probation for six months for harassment.
