Fox's Pizza restaurant at South Main and Elm streets was damaged about 1:15 p.m. Tuesday when a car hit the building. Homer City Police Chief Louis Sacco, left, investigated the scene with Sgt. Anthony Jellison.

Sacco said Jeffrey Adair, of Homer City, accidentally accelerated his car in the parking lot, drove over a curb and hit the building.

No one was reported to be injured; the restaurant remained open and the car was towed, police said.
