Firefighters from Indiana and Cambria counties were summoned to an East Wheatfield  Township home Tuesday afternoon when a grass fire got out of control and spread to three outbuildings on a Rager Road property, destroying them, according to Armagh & East Wheatfield Township Volunteer Fire Co. Chief Tom Fry.

However, firefighters were able to contain the fire and prevented it from spreading to a mobile home on the property, Fry said. The property is owned by Norman Rager.

Fry said the outbuildings contained a car, tools and collectibles.
