Man charged in deadly bar fight

KITTANNING (AP) -- A man has been jailed on charges he fought outside an Armstrong County bar with another man who later died, but not with causing the alleged victim's death.
Online court records don't list an attorney for Dennis Rosenberger, 27, of Kittanning, who was arraigned early Tuesday on charges of simple and aggravated assault and faces a March 27 preliminary hearing.
The Valley News Dispatch of Tarentum reported that authorities were still seeking witnesses in the death of James Sullivan, 39, of Chicora, who hit his head on the pavement after he was allegedly felled by Rosenberger.
