Assault --  Bradley

Wallace, of Cresson, Cambria County, reported to state police that

someone he knows fired five rounds into his vehicle at 12:30 a.m.

June 10 following an argument during a party at a gas well site

along Alder Road.

A suspect is under investigation but has

not been charged, troopers at Indiana reported.

 

Cowanshannock Township, Armstrong

County

Burglary

State police reported someone broke a

rear window of Valley Village Store along Route 85, and crawled

into the store between 9:30 p.m. Sunday and 3 a.m.

Monday.

The owner, Joseph Buffone, of Yatesboro,

told troopers that the intruder stole $1,500 worth of

goods.

Troopers asked anyone who knows about

the incident to phone the Kittanning station at (724)

543-2011.

 

Derry

Township, Westmoreland County

Men cited

Timothy Laughlin, 30, of Derry,

repeatedly yelled profanities and acted in an aggressive manner

while state police investigated at unrelated incident at 2:05 a.m.

Friday in the parking lot at Racer’s Tavern, along Route

982.

Police cited Laughlin with disorderly

conduct.

A scuffle between patients at Torrance

State Hospital has led to charges being filed against

one.

Justin Scates punched Sylvan Livengood’s

arms, stomach and legs several times at 7:10 p.m. June 14, state

police reported.

Scates, 31, has been cited with a

summary count of harassment.
