Public drunkenness

Borough police said they have cited Kristen Lynette Coyle, 23, of Indiana, for public drunkenness. Police said they spotted Coyle vomiting along the first block of North Sixth Street early this morning.

Borough police said they have cited Brian Plowcha, 21, of Homer City, for public drunkenness. Police said they spotted Plowcha lying along the 900 block of Oakland Avenue on May 27.

Marijuana possession

Andrew Scott Tayor, no age or hometown given, has been charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, IUP campus police reported Saturday. Police said Taylor was found holding marijuana and paraphernalia while in the Robertshaw parking lot on Feb. 2.

Noise violation

Shawn Kelly, no age given, of Pittsburgh, was cited for violating the borough's noise ordinance on May 28, according to borough police. Police said they heard someone shouting profanities from the front porch of Kelly's South Street home around 2:47 a.m.

ARMSTRONG TOWNSHIP

Harassment

State police in Indiana said they have cited Randy Hoehn, 39, of Indiana, for harassment. Police said Hoehn harassed Nicole Freeman, 23, during an incident May 20 at an Azalea Lane home.

WHITE TOWNSHIP

Disorderly conduct

State police in Indiana said they have cited Gregory Mark Moskal, 54, of Indiana, for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. Police said Moskal created a disturbance at a Hickory Lane residence around 12:30 a.m. Saturday. Police said Moskal showed up at the home while under the influence of a controlled substance and said he was delivering pharmaceuticals, alarming the resident.

Harassment

Mark Anthony Lorelli, 44, of Indiana, has been cited for harassment, according to state police in Indiana. Police said Lorelli twice called the home of Lisle Eugene George, 67, of Indiana, and left threatening messages on an answering machine.

BURRELL TOWNSHIP

Retail theft

Sandra Short, no age given, of Blairsville, has been charged with retail theft, according to state police in Indiana. Police said Short tried to steal bird seed, a prepaid cell phone and plastic bags from the Resort Plaza Walmart on May 30.

Harassment

John Irvin Clark, 25, of Blairsville, has been cited for harassment, according to state police in Indiana. Police said Clark punched Louis Kent Blystone, 28, of Blairsville, on May 26 during an incident at 114 Dubois Way.

CENTER TOWNSHIP

Harassment

State police in Indiana have cited John Irvin Clark, 25, of Blairsville, for harassment. Police said Clark grabbed the shirt collar of an unidentified 24-year-old woman during a May 26 argument at 86 Chestnut St., police said.

PINE TOWNSHIP

Theft

Someone stole a HydraMac skid steer from a Springfield Road farm, according to state police in Indiana. Police said the skid steer, valued at $30,000, belongs to Michael Comisac, 62, of New Ringgold.

EAST MAHONING TOWNSHIP

Scattering rubbish

Andrew Boyle, no age or hometown given, was cited for scattering rubbish on property belonging to Blaine McAdoo sometime around May 1, according to state police in Indiana. Police said Boyle dumped several bags of garbage on the property. One of the bags contained an old vehicle registration, police said, leading them to Boyle.
