Marijuana possession

IUP campus police said they have charged Mario Joseph Neiderer, 19, of West Chester, with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and underage drinking. Police said they charged Neiderer following an investigation into a report of a highly intoxicated man at Stephenson Hall on March 2.

Public drunkenness

Caleb Michael Ball, 22, of Olanta, Pa., was cited for public drunkenness early Friday morning, according to borough police. Police said they cited Ball after seeing him vomit on a sidewalk on the 600 block of Philadelphia Street.

WHITE TOWNSHIP

Criminal mischief

Using a rock, someone smashed a glass door at 1621 Philadelphia St. sometime between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Friday, according to state police in Indiana. The damage was set at $130, police said.

Simple assault

Patricia Mason, no age given, of Indiana, was charged with simple assault following an incident Thursday afternoon at 26 Pickett Lane, according to state police in Indiana. Police said Mason threw a potato at a 33-year-old woman and struck her with a purse, police said.

CENTER TOWNSHIP

Burglary

Two trailers, an all-terrain vehicle, a snowmobile and several other undisclosed items were stolen from a garage along Ondo Road, according to state police in Indiana. Police said the items belong to a 43-year-old man, who police did not name. The burglary occurred between Jan. 15 and March 24, police said. Anyone with any information has been asked to call police at (724) 357-1960.
