Indiana Borough police have charged Devaughn Street, 24, and Aaron Lyles, 24, both of Philadelphia, with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop around 11:59 p.m. June 6 in the 800 block of Church Street, according to police reports.
Campus police at Indiana University of Pennsylvania arrested Kyle Skidgel, 19, of West Stewartstown, N.H., Tuesday and charged him with criminal mischief, according to police reports. Police said Skidgel was involved in damaging glass panes at an Indiana County Transit Authority bus stop shelter and a window in Stephenson Hall at 9:46 p.m. Monday. He was held in the Indiana County Jail on a $5,000 bail, court records show.
State police in Indiana cited John Mintzer, 65, and Jessica Coudriet, 20, both of Indiana, with harassment after an argument around 1:27 p.m. June 1 at 732 N. Fourth St., according to police reports.

Someone stole a Garmin GPS and prescription medication from Tiffany White’s unlocked vehicle in a driveway at 1721 Latrobe Derry Road between May 21 and 27, state police in Greensburg reported today. The value of the stolen items is $175.
Someone took a 2003 Honda XR 100 motorcycle out of Dawn Pynos’ garage at 169 Brinker St. between Sunday and Tuesday, state police in Greensburg reported.
BURNSIDE TOWNSHIP, CLEARFIELD COUNTY
State police in Punxsutawney are investigating a report of a burglary at Griff’s Inn between 7 p.m. Wednesday and 1:30 a.m. today, according to police reports.
Police said that the burglar allegedly climbed onto the second-story roof, forced entry through a locked window, and stole $2,178 in currency and personal checks.
The investigation is ongoing.
