Drug charge

State police reported that an investigation during a traffic stop revealed that a passenger, a 46-year Indiana County resident, was illegally in possession of a controlled substance.

Criminal mischief

State police reported that two vehicles owned by Michael Floyd, 36, of Clune, were struck with eggs between 9 p.m. June 11 and 6 p.m. June 12.

WHITE TOWNSHIP

Criminal mischief

A glass Bud Light bottle was thrown by an unknown suspect through the window of Cross Gates Property Management between 11 p.m. June 13 and 1:20 a.m. June 14, breaking the window, according to state police at Indiana.

PINE TOWNSHIP

Stolen vehicle

State police are investigating the theft of a 2009 Hummer H3 that occurred on Penn Avenue in Alverda at 4:30 p.m. June 15.

According to police, the vehicle was stolen from the driveway of the vehicle’s owner, who was not identified by police. The vehicle is black, bearing Pennsylvania license plate GYJ-0025 and has two Bone Collector stickers in the rear window.

AVONMORE BOROUGH, WESTMORELAND COUNTY

Theft

An unknown suspect stole a laptop computer from the residence of Stephanie Geisler, 38, of Avonmore, during a graduation party, state police reported.
