Criminal mischief

Someone slashed a tire and scratched a vehicle belonging to Dave Yewic while it was parked at the Ironwood Grill on July 17, according to state police in Indiana.

 

PLUMVILLE BOROUGH

Theft

A television belonging to Mallory Fabbri was taken from her home on Saturday or Sunday, according to state police in Indiana. Police said they have a suspect.

 

PINE TOWNSHIP

Burglary

Someone broke into the home of Mary Bourdess, 43, of Third Avenue, and stole hand tools and electrical wire, according to state police in Indiana. Police said the burglary occurred between 4:30 p.m. Sunday and 9:30 a.m. Monday.

 

CENTER TOWNSHIP

Retail theft

State police in Indiana said they have withdrawn a charge of retail theft against Rachel M. Leonard, 19, of Indiana. Police had accused Leonard of stealing a pack of cigarettes from the Route 119 Sheetz on July 3. At the same time, police said they have filed a count of retail theft against Rachel L. McCracken, 19, of Indiana, in relation to the same incident.

 

DERRY TOWNSHIP, WESTMORELAND COUNTY

Harassment

State police in Greensburg said they cited Paul R. Siko, 49, of Derry, for harassment, following an incident at a home along Pizza Barn Road on July 23. Police did not describe the incident, but listed the victim as George Caughman, 57, of Blairsville.
