Alcohol violations

Indiana police said Steven Reynolds, 20, of Pittsburgh, was observed with an open container of beer at 11:01 p.m. Oct. 5 in the 400 block of Maryland Way. Reynolds was cited for underage drinking.

Indiana police stopped a vehicle in the 700 block of Wayne Avenue driven by Sean Lambert, 18, of Johnstown, at 2:33 a.m. Oct. 5 after an officer observed an open can of beer. Police said Lambert was charged with underage drinking and operating a motor vehicle as a minor with alcohol in his system.

Jason Lollar, 22, of Winfield, Ill., was cited for public drunkenness after being removed from the Coney Island along the 600 block of Philadelphia Street at 12:59 p.m. Oct. 7. Indiana police said Lollar was causing a disturbance outside the bar and was apprehended by state troopers and Indiana police. He was later released to a sober adult.

 

Criminal mischief

Someone damaged a door handle on a vehicle parked in the 500 block of Grandview Avenue between 9:30 p.m. Tuesday and noon Wednesday, according to Indiana police.

Pine Township

Reckless endangerment

State police at Indiana are investigating an incident of reckless endangerment at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Alverda post office.

Police said a 73-year-old woman and a 63-year-old woman, both from Alverda, argued, and the older woman, as she was driving away, hit the younger woman’s leg with her car. Police did not identify the women.

 

Plumcreek Township, Armstrong County

Theft

State police at Kittanning are investigating a theft from along Reefer Road at 1:21 p.m. Sunday. Police said 17 wireless seismic field station units, each valued at $4,000, were stolen from Telsa Exploration Inc., of Colorado, Pa.

Rayne Township

Criminal mischief

State police at Indiana have charged William Runyon, 23, of DuBois, with retail theft, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct following an incident at 12:20 p.m. Oct. 5 at McKee’s Party Zone along Griffith Drive. Police said Runyon stole merchandise, damaged a witch hanging in the front of the store and spun his vehicle in the shale in the store’s parking lot.
