Theft

Someone took a pair of diamond stud earrings from the home of Diane Dalessio, 48, of Lions Health Camp Road, sometime between 5:30 a.m. Dec. 19 and 3:45 a.m. Wednesday, according to state police in Indiana.

Retail theft

State police in Indiana are looking for the man and woman who stole $140 from the Oakland Avenue Walmart on Dec. 1. According to police, the woman, who was driving a silver sport utility vehicle, stole a crib from the store. She then walked out of the store and handed the crib to a man in the parking lot. The man took the crib into the store and returned it for a $140 gift card, police said.

Disorderly conduct

State police in Indiana said they cited Joel Edward Pete, no age given, of Indiana, for criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after an incident Tuesday evening at the Dollar General, 2440 Philadelphia St. Police said Pete threatened employees and refused to leave the store after being told to do so. He then made more threats and had a physical outburst, police said.

Burglary

Someone broke into an apartment in the 900 block of Church Street and may have stolen items, according to borough police. Police said the break-in occurred sometime between noon Saturday and 3 p.m. Tuesday.
