Drug charges

James Wyman, 23, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, was charged March 14 by Indiana Borough police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and one summary traffic violation connected with an incident at 8:46 p.m. May 10 in the 600 block of Grant Street.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 23.

Borough police charged Takeal Clemons, 18, of Indiana, with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, and his companion, Cameron Culbertson, 18, of Indiana, with possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:16 p.m. March 12 at 429 Oak St.

Both are scheduled to appear April 17 for a preliminary hearing in Indiana District Court.

Bryan Brewer, 20, of Aultman, was charged by Indiana Borough police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 5:40 p.m. Feb. 14 on the 300 block of Elm Street.

A preliminary hearing is set for April 23.

Theodore Brown, 20, of Pittsburgh, was charged possession of a small amount of marijuana and false identification to law enforcement after officers found him walking through Giant Eagle Express, 435 S. Seventh St., at 2:10 a.m. March 9 with a marijuana cigarette tucked behind his ear, according to a news release.

Brown is scheduled to appear April 16 for a preliminary hearing.

 

Citations issued

Benjamin Groll, 20, of Murrysville, Westmoreland County, was cited by Indiana Borough police with underage drinking and public drunkenness at 6:06 a.m. March 9 on the 1200 block of Maple Street.

Borough police cited Gage Gruber, 21, of Greenville, Mercer County, with violation of the noise ordinance at 11:02 p.m. March 8 at his residence in the 300 block of South Sixth Street.

Ryan Ur, 19, of New Brunswick, N.J., was cited with public drunkenness and underage drinking at 11:28 a.m. March 7 when borough police discovered him standing in the middle of the 900 block of Wayne Avenue and attempting to direct traffic.

Jacob Markosky, 23, of McKeesport, Allegheny County, was cited with hosting a disorderly gathering at 7:06 p.m. March 7 when borough police responded to 744 South St., according to a news release.
