Jimmy Dziagwa, of Indiana County’s hazardous materials team, placed absorbent pads on the ground to sop up leaking diesel fuel from a tractor-trailer that wrecked Saturday morning in Brush Valley Township.

According to state police in Indiana, the accident occurred at 9:27 a.m. in Brush Valley Township as driver Scott Rogers, of Moravian Falls, N.C., was heading west on Route 56.

Police said Rogers lost control of the rig on a wet curve in the road, and the rig crashed into a ditch, heavily damaging it. No injuries were reported, and no other vehicles were involved.
