TWO-VEHICLE ACCIDENT

State police in Indiana were summoned to this two-vehicle accident Tuesday morning on Power Plant Road in Center Township. According to police, Jerry J. Shirley, 40, of Black Lick, lost control of his vehicle on a snow-covered section of the road as he headed into a right-hand curve around 8:45 a.m. His vehicle crossed the centerline and crashed into an oncoming car driven by Michael P. Wilson, 39, of Commodore. Both men suffered minor injuries, police said. Wilson was taken to Indiana Regional Medical Center for treatment.
