An Indiana attorney was recently selected for membership into The National Trial Lawyers Association Top 40 Under 40.

Bryan Neiderhiser is one of 40 trial lawyers from Pennsylvania to be chosen for membership into the Top 40 Under 40 Association. Membership is by invitation only and, according to the association, is "extended exclusively to those individuals who exemplify superior qualifications, trial results and leadership as a young trial lawyer."

Neiderhiser is an associate at the law firm of Marcus & Mack P.C., where his practice is devoted to representing the interests of injured people. He spent several years practicing law in Pittsburgh before moving back to his hometown of Indiana in 2006 when he joined Marcus & Mack.

A graduate of Grove City College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Neiderhiser serves on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is also a member of the Indiana County and Allegheny County bar associations.

Neiderhiser and his wife, Andrea, have two daughters, Ainsley and Arden.
