Those interested in the new rules and regulations governing the small games of chance licenses and reporting are invited to attend a free seminar on April 4. A “Small Games of Chance New Guidelines Seminar” will be held at Hope Fire Hall beginning at 6 p.m.

Sgt. James Jones of the Punxsutawney district office of the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement will review the new guidelines for small games of chance licenses. The law affects social clubs, sportsmen clubs, school groups, basket raffles, sports teams and others. The seminar will review what percentages of money can be kept, club licenses vs. non-club licenses, new reporting procedures and general misconceptions and laws.

Hope Fire Hall is on Philadelphia Avenue, Northern Cambria. The seminar is open to the public. For more information, contact Rep. Gary Haluska’s office at (814) 674-8939.

You may email the NCABA at ncaba.notices@verizon.net for directions.
