DUI

Carl Michaels, 39, of South Fork, was charged with drunken driving and a summary traffic offense following a traffic stop March 17 in the first block of North Sixth Street, according to borough police.

 

Public drunkenness

Borough police said they have cited Matthew Augustine, 29, of Jackson, Mich., for public drunkenness. Police said they cited Augustine after being summoned to the Philadelphia Street Sheetz on a report of a disorderly patron. Augustine was temporarily placed in the Indiana County Jail, police said.

 

Criminal mischief

Using some rocks, someone smashed the front windows of a vehicle parked at 1302 Oakland Ave. early Monday morning, according to borough police. Anyone with any information has been asked to call police at (724) 349-2121.

 

 

WHITE TOWNSHIP

Retail theft

State police in Indiana said they have cited Erin Moffat, 27, of Johnstown, for retail theft. Police said Moffat stole $49.37 worth of items from the Regency Mall Martin’s grocery store on Sunday afternoon.

CENTER TOWNSHIP

Harassment

State police in Indiana said they cited James Richard Ulicny, 44, and Lori Weyandt, 44, both of Homer City, for harassment following an altercation between the two on Tuesday night at 6207 Route 119 South, according to state police in Indiana.

 

BURRELL TOWNSHIP

Assault

A 10-year-old was assaulted by an 11-year-old and an adult on Monday morning, according to state police in Indiana. Police said the juvenile was taken to Indiana Regional Medical Center. Police are continuing to investigate.
