9 p.m. — “Resident Evil: Afterlife.” A woman helps a group of survivors who want to make their way to the supposedly safe haven known as Arcadia. Milla Jovovich, Wentworth Miller. Syfy

SUNDAY

6 p.m. — “How to Train Your Dragon.” After downing a fierce dragon, a young Viking is unable to kill it. Instead, the pair form a friendship. Voices of Gerard Butler, Jonah Hill. FX

7 p.m. — “The Lion King.” A guilt ridden cub flees into exile and abandons his identity as the future king. Voices of Jonathan Taylor Thomas, Matthew Broderick. ABC Family

8 p.m. — “Casino Royale.” On his first mission with 00 status, MI6 operative James Bond must stop Le Chiffre, a banker to the world’s terrorist organizations, from winning a high-stakes poker tournament at Casino Royale. Daniel Craig, Judi Dench. Syfy

“The Bible.” Peter denies Jesus and Judas hangs himself; the crowd clamors for Jesus’ death; Jesus is crucified, but when Mary Magdalene goes to his tomb, a figure walks by her — he has returned. History
