CENTER TOWNSHIP — An 18-year-old student was arrested Thursday at Homer-Center High School to face charges of corrupting a minor stemming from an incident back in January.

Brandon Painter, of Homer City, is accused of corrupting a 14-year-old girl on Fire Academy Road on Jan. 10. Police did not specify what Painter is accused of doing. He was released on a $15,000 unsecured bond, and a preliminary hearing is set for April 8.

Police said Painter was arrested at the high school because he is a student there.
