Library announces free programs for week

The Indiana Free Library, located at 845 Philadelphia St., offers the following free programs for the week of May 5:

MONDAY

Talkabout, 7 p.m.: “The Lost Art of Making Stuff.” Topical discussion group.

Refreshments will be provided.

WEDNESDAY

• Knitting Class, 10:30 a.m.: For beginners or those looking to improve their skills. Refreshments provided.

• Tabletop Game Night, 5:30 p.m.: Families and adult players are invited to try some of the library’s dozens of board and card games. Library card required to check out games for the evening.

THURSDAY

• IFL Book Club, 11 a.m..: “The Night Circus.” Review of Erin Morgenstern’s 2011 fantasy novel.

• Pins and Patches Quilting Group, 1 p.m.: For those working on a project or looking to learn. Refreshments provided.
